My overall health, until the change of life, was generally outstanding. At about age 50, I was diagnosed with IBS (Irritable Bowel System). This condition got worse and by age 53 I had to use all the medication my doctor prescribed to alleviate the pain. I was fortunate to be introduced to MSM and found as I increased the dosage it was easier to determine after eating that certain foods did not agree with my system. I had increased the dosage of MSM to provide relief to a sport injury to my arm and back; it was by accident that I found that the additional MSM dosage alerted me to foods which my system would not tolerate. I have continued to supply my system with 8 MSM tablets everyday as this has made a marked difference in my sports injury. The pain from the sports injury has diminished tremendously. The first noticeable change for my system with just 2 MSM tablets per day over an extended period of time was that my skin was much softer, and I no longer had to apply massive amounts of cream to keep my skin from feeling so dry due to the change of life. My nails, my eyebrows, and my hair have started to grow back as beautifully as they were prior to the change. I am sold on MSM

I have had allergies to grasses, dust, pollen, cigarate smoke, perfumes and chemical smells for 50 years. I have been using MSM powder at 2 teaspoons a day, 8000 mg, and have experienced amazing results. I have gone through several allergy seasons with no symptoms of sneezing, runny nose, itching eyes, etc. It took about a year and a half for my allergies to be completely gone. After taking MSM for only a little while I was much better. I tested my allergies by weed eating and mowing a lot of high weeds, much dust and in general a terrible environment for my allergies. I ended the day with no sneezing, coughing, runny eyes or any other symptoms. I thought to myself, "this must be how people without allergies feel."
