Voices Embedded In Web Pages
Voice Message 1 © 2006 by Karl Loren, AutoPlay
I found a web site that intrigued me with its immediate sound of music.
(Here is the link if you would like to explore as I did: http://bettieross.com/)
That page on the link starts with an immediate music background -- I will be putting an icon on many of my pages, including the pages on these sub domains we do for stores, with an immediate background voice:
"Hi, this is Karl Loren welcoming you to this page. Notice the Microphone icon at the left of the page. You'll also see a sound control a bit higher. You can click on that square button to turn off this sound if you wish. The remainder of this brief announcement lasts less than 70 seconds. I have placed the microphone icon on pages, here and there. Sometimes the "voice" starts as soon as you open that page -- you can turn them all off for the entire site for this visit, if you wish. If you hear no voice, but see the sound control, click on the start button to hear the sound. Or, you may not have a sound system on your computer, or it may not be working properly. You will find VOICE information that helps present the written material in this different medium -- my voice. ETC. "
The source of the sound file is a "hidden" file that plays automatically with standard web page coding. That voice started as soon as this page is opened or refreshed. The copyright for the voice message is displayed above as a separate copyright notice. That message could be omitted or included.

Even more exciting to the store owner, and new Agency Representative for Vibrant Life, is HIS OWN VOICE embedded on HIS OWN web site. (Click "his own voice" to hear an example.)
