This is an interesting set of statistics I had not realized is available to us.  This is a table provided as a regular service at our "Plesk" feature -- part of the NetNation service we pay for. Here is a general web-based explanation of "web traffic."

Web traffic is the amount of data sent and received by visitors to a web site. It is a large portion of Internet traffic. This is determined by the number of visitors and the number of pages they visit. Sites monitor the incoming and outgoing traffic to see which parts or pages of their site are popular and if there are any apparent trends, such as one specific page being viewed mostly by people in a particular country. There are many ways to monitor this traffic and the gathered data is used to help structure sites, highlight security problems or indicate a potential lack of bandwidth – not all web traffic is welcome.

(A page with lots of heavy-memory images will show up as a much higher traffic on the page.  This is why comparing one page with a different page that may have no images makes this type of comparison not useful.  But, comparing the usage for one page today with the same page next week shows a useful change.) 

The table below shows that the new web sites (www.ayurceutical.com and www.ayurcream.org) had no pages sent to browsers during March. In fact these web sites were first published in April. However you can see that the success of any marketing campaign aimed at increase the number of visitors to a web site can be easily masured with these readily available statistics.

At the other end is "www.oralchelation.com" which attracted viewers who "downloaded" or requested some 26 GB of pages during March. The links below take you to a restricted web site. Generally Karl and Gordon are the only two persons who access this web restricted site.
