Word Of Mouth Promotion

LRH writes extensively about "word of mouth" promotion and I've written about it also.

Very few companies ever achieve real "word of mouth" promotion. If we are to suceed in this venture, we must have the elements that make for word of mouth:

1. We must produce a "finished high quality service or product in the hands of a being or group it serves in exchange for a valuable."

2. We must have integrity and morals well in place and practiced among ourselves, within our staff and among those on whom we depend for materials and services.

We cannot be successful in the above and close our doors for lack of margin, so our profit rate must be high enough to provide long-term survival for the sake of the customers we serve.
